Can wet surfaces be cleaned with Peeps?
- Do not use Peeps® on any wet surface as this will damage the Cleaning Pads.
- Allow the surface to dry thoroughly and then clean with Peeps®.
Can hairgel, makeup, mascra, suntan lotion, etc be cleaned with Peeps?
- Do not use Peeps® on lenses that have these contaminates.
- Wash the lenses with warm soapy water, rinse, allow the surface to dry thoroughly, and then clean with Peeps®.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
1. You must send a copy of your invoice along with your product to the Address for Customer Returns.
2. You must prepay all costs of freight or duty to deliver the returned goods to the Address for Customer Returns.
3. The return of goods package must arrive at the Address for Customer Returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of original purchase.
4. Only returns of product in original, unopened, new condition will be accepted.
5. Once we receive the product we will contact you by email regarding your return.
6. If returned merchandise meets the above requirements we will process a refund, not including shipping costs if any.
7. Your refund may take up to (14) business days from the date of processing before your account is credited.
Is there a warranty?
The warranty obligations of Parkside Optical Inc. (“Parkside”) for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is Covered: This limited warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship in this Parkside product.
What is Not Covered: This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), or acts of nature.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Parkside to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
How Long this Coverage Lasts: The standard limited warranty for Parkside products is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the original purchase.
Limitation of Liability: THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF PARKSIDE OPTICAL INC. UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKSIDE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
How to Obtain a Remedy Under This Limited Warranty: To obtain a remedy under this Limited Warranty, you must contact Parkside Optical Inc. In order to pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must possess an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase from either Parkside or an authorized Parkside reseller.
Once we receive the product we will contact you by email regarding your return.
